Upload responsibility

Users, businesses, event operators, and other contributors should upload only content they own or have permission to use, including images, logos, event materials, text, and other media.

Do not upload content copied from third parties unless you have the necessary rights or permission to use it.
Make sure any business logos, flyers, photos, or promotional assets used on Vayatu are authorized for that use.
If you post community or event-related materials, confirm that you have permission to share them on Vayatu.

How to submit a copyright notice

If you believe material available on Vayatu infringes your copyright, you or your authorized agent may send a written notice identifying the allegedly infringing material.

A notice should include the basic information generally required under applicable law, including:
