Delete your Vayatu account

This page explains how to permanently delete your account in the Vayatu app. This page is publicly accessible and does not require login.

How to delete

Open Vayatu
Sign in to your account
Go to Settings → Account
Tap "Delete my account"
Type DELETE to confirm

Can't access your account?

If you cannot access your account, contact support@vayatu.com to request deletion.

What is deleted

account profile
username mapping
private account settings, push devices, notifications, and follow edges tied to your account
bounded account-only caches and presence/session data where applicable

What may be retained or anonymized

some server/security logs may be retained temporarily for fraud prevention, safety, legal compliance, or abuse investigation
shared records such as messages, redemptions, reports, analytics, moderation logs, and business or event history may be retained or anonymized for safety, fraud prevention, transaction integrity, moderation, or legal compliance

Data deletion requests are processed within a reasonable timeframe, in-app deletion begins immediately after confirmation where supported, and active business owners or admins must transfer or close those profiles before deletion.
